With a lifetime of craftsmanship experience under my belt, I set up a small woodshop in my backyard. I equipped it with a variety of woodworking tools chosen to compliment my skills and craftsmanship. As I stepped into my new domain, I immediately fell in love with the scent of fresh wood filling the air, reminiscent of walking into my Dad's woodshop when I was a child. And so, as a retired tool and die maker turned woodworker, I continue to pursue my love for craftsmanship in the woodshop.
With my past experience, these skills came in handy when I embarked on woodworking projects that required precision and attention to detail. In my retirement, I have found a new purposeāa way to continue my lifelong pursuit of craftsmanship and contribute to the art form I have come to love. I have seamlessly transitioned into a respected woodworker, leaving behind a legacy of skill, passion, and the enduring beauty of woodworking.
